Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?

Inside us all lies an ancient, divine, eternal energy that is directly connected to and is an aspect of our Father God, but also a being all on His own. It is in allowing Him to no longer be suppressed within us, but to be loosed and infused systematically into every fiber of our being through choosing to follow the way of Jesus Christ. Great, wonderful, beautiful transformation and miraculous healing can occur from the strands of our DNA to the energy that exists outside of the body in our auric fields. In allowing Holy Spirit access to our whole selves through movement and the frequency and vibration of worship to the Most High, Holy Spirit cleanses, corrects, reorients and anchors our hearts to God and back to our individual, original design for existence. 

Take the time to allow Holy Spirit to guide you back into our natural alignment at the foot of the Father. Remember the nature of each breath we breathe and where it originates from.
