Old trauma, disappointment, or “frequency blockages” can make it hard to trust what you’re hearing, or to believe that the vision and promises God has for your life are really for you.

Grounded Guidance is a prayerful, Spirit-led space where we sit with what Heaven is saying over your life—and translate it into clarity, courage, and next steps.

My Anointing & Assignment

God has given me an anointing in communication that allows me to help translate the messages you’re receiving from the Holy Spirit, especially when they feel unclear or out of reach because of what you’ve walked through.

My faith has opened a space in me to see, understand, and believe God’s promises for your life in your highest light. By His grace, I’m shown the places where you’re struggling to believe what God has already spoken, where past experiences are blocking your ability to receive, and where I can pour encouragement, truth, and affirmation into you.

I’ve been allowed to experience so very much in my own life. Again and again, God has made it clear: none of it was wasted. Those experiences exposed me to the ways of this world so that I could gain wisdom—and then share that wisdom with others who are ready to step into their assignment.

These sessions are not quick life-fixes. They are mission-focused and purpose-driven, centered on what God is calling you to in this season and designed to help you discern where and how you’re meant to serve in these critical times.

Current Offerings

1. Single Session

A one-time, 75-minute session for focused support and discernment around a specific situation, decision, or season. Perfect if you’re facing a crossroads and need clarity, or feeling spiritually “foggy” and want help tuning back into what God is saying.

2. Monthly Partnership (Coming Soon)

A deeper container for ongoing support and accountability, including 3 sessions per month (75 minutes each) and unlimited texting within normal business hours for check-ins, processing, and encouragement between calls.
